Ms. Denning is a Project Manager with the Energy Division of Hilti. With 9 years of experince in structural design prior to 5 years management at Hilti, Lana has designed a variety of notable projects including design for bridges, tunnels and retaining walls for Metrolink in St. Louis. Lana is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and an M.A. in Management from Fontbonne University.
Vice-President: Soma Hosahalli, Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. Hosahalli is an Associate and Project Manager with KPFF Consulting Engineers. He is a registered professional engineer and has more than 25 years of project management and structural design experience in a wide range of projects, including healthcare facilities, high-rise office buildings, parking structures, hotels, senior living centers, retail buildings, educational buildings and government facilities. He has received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University, India, Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, India and Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from University of Cincinnati. He is a member of ASCE and AISC.

Ms. Pickardt is a Structural Engineer for SSC Engineering, Inc. in Chesterfield, MO. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri. Ms. Pickardt has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri S&T and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She is a member of AISC and ASCE.
2009-2010 Past President: Doug Antholz, P.E, S.E.
Mr. Antholz is an Associate and Project Manager with KPFF Consulting Engineers. With 12 years of experience in the field, Doug has designed a variety of notable projects including designs for the new Engineering Building at Washington University, Brauer Hall and multiple renovations in Downtown St. Louis inlcuding the Paul Brown Lofts, The Bogen Lofts and Lucas Lofts. Doug is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois. He has a B.S. in Physics from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington University, and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville.
2008-2009 Past President: Rich Kwiatkowski, P.E., S.E.
Mr. Kwiatkowski is the Manager of Structural Engineering for SSC Engineering, Inc. in Chesterfield, MO. He is a licensed Professional and Structural engineer in six states. Mr. Kwiatkowski received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He completed his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering Degree coursework from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He is a member of ACI, ASCE, and AISC. His background is building structures.
2007-2008 Past President: John Falkenrath, P.E.
Mr. Falkenrath received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Economics from the University of Missouri at Rolla and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Missouri and Washington States and a licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois and Washington States. Mr. Falkenrath is a Senior Civil-Structural Engineer with URS Corporation in St. Louis. His experience is diverse in the field of structural engineering and encompasses projects in hydraulic structures for flood protection, ports, hydropower, dams, fisheries, and water resources as well as industrial, mining, and power generation buildings and equipment support structures, transporation related structures, and federal government facilities. He also has experience in inspection and condition assessment of existing infrastructure and building structures, as a construction site representative, and in structural vibration mitigation. Mr. Falkenrath is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Society of Military Engineers, the United States Society on Dams, and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials.

Mr. Beach is the Engineering Manager of St. Louis FUSRAP project office of Shaw E&I where he works on projects involving earth retention and protection of structures from remedial excavations. Previously, he worked for a civil-structural consulting firm designing a wide variety of structures, and later was involved in the design and construction of test facilities for a government agency. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas, Missouri and several other states. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He represented the St. Louis Chapter on the SEAKM Board of Directors from 2008 through 2010. In addition to his affiliation with SEAKM, Ken is a member of ASCE.

Mr. Brugnara is a structural engineer for the Facilities Group of the Boeing Company in St Louis. He is currently project engineer for the new flight ramp expansion. He is a registered professional engineer is numerous states and a licensed Structural Engineer in the State of Illinois. Mr. Brugnara received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Missouri at Rolla. He earned his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Tennessee. He is a member of ACI, ASCE, and AISC.

Mr. Finke received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and a graduate certificate in Earthquake Engineering and a Masters of Structural Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Missouri and a licensed Structural Engineer in the State of Illinois. Mr. Finke is a structural engineer with Jacobs Civil Inc. His project experience includes pre-cast pre-tensioned concrete designs; steel and reinforced concrete designs; strengthening, widening, and rehabilitation of bridges; bridge condition inspections and evaluations; computer development for structural analysis and designs; finite element analysis and structural dynamics; and seismic analysis and design. Additionally, Mr. Finke lectures in Civil Engineering at the Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He is also active in the American Society of Civil Engineers, Earthquake Engineering Research Institute and the Seismological Society of America.
